ASGC General Contracting Est. and Badale H. General Contracting Est. are currently seeking experienced and certified manpower for multiple long-term industrial and construction projects across Saudi Arabia. These projects, located in Jazan, Jubail, Dammam, and Apqaiq, are part of large-scale infrastructure and industrial developments, offering stable employment opportunities for qualified candidates. The selected professionals will play a vital role in ensuring that construction, electrical, and safety-related tasks are executed efficiently, adhering to international and local standards. Key Responsibilities
The roles being recruited include Electricians, Steel Fixers, Scaffolders, Aramco Approved WPRs, and IRATA Level-3 Rope Access Scaffolders. Electricians are expected to handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems on-site. Steel Fixers are responsible for assembling and installing steel reinforcement bars as per project requirements. Scaffolders and Rope Access Scaffolders will erect, inspect, and maintain scaffolding structures safely, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. WPRs manage the work permit system, authorizing and monitoring work activities to comply with project safety standards. All professionals are expected to maintain high-quality workmanship, collaborate with project teams, and report any deviations or hazards promptly.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must possess technical expertise relevant to their trade and have valid certifications or approvals as required. Electricians should have experience in industrial and commercial installations, electrical troubleshooting, and safety compliance. Steel Fixers must be proficient in reading construction drawings and handling reinforcement materials. Scaffolders require knowledge of scaffolding techniques, safety procedures, and inspection standards, while IRATA Level-3 Rope Access Scaffolders must demonstrate advanced rope access skills and certification. WPRs must be Aramco certified and familiar with permit-to-work systems. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential across all roles. Experience in large-scale industrial or construction projects is preferred, as is familiarity with Saudi labor and safety regulations.
